Pen-y-Dyffryn is set high up on the last hill in Shropshire, facing the Welsh mountains to the west, so the sunsets are stunning and provide a truly mellow backdrop to pre-dinner sundowners. You'll find all our guests out on the west-facing terrace in summer, or around the crackling log fires in the cooler months.
Pen-y-Dyffryn is a winner of the AA Romantic Hotel Award, and has two AA Rosettes for the quality of the food. The menu changes every single day of the year, using seasonal, local, and often organic ingredients. The wine list is eclectic and also includes many organic and environmentally friendly wines.
