Here at Pen-y-Dyffryn Hotel we cater for most food allergy sufferers & special dietary requirements.
At breakfast we have many dishes suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians including Smashed Avocado, Creamy Field Mushrooms on Toast with Tarragon & Truffle Oil, Vegetarian/Vegan Sausages, Vegetarian/Vegan Bacon, Vegetarian/Vegan Black Pudding, Spinach, Tomatoes, Welsh Rarebit, Pancakes and Baked Beans.
We recognise some guests have specific food allergies such as wheat, dairy, nuts, shellfish, fish and eggs, and we endeavor to cater for this. The only thing we ask is to give us at least 24 hours notice so that we can adjust our menu selection as best we can. Ring us on 01691 653700 and talk us through your requirement and any ‘likes & dislikes’ so that the chefs can tailor a dish specifically for you.
*In regards to allergies, our kitchen does use a wide variety of ingredients on a daily basis, so please take into account that if you have a severe airborne nut allergy. In this instance we may not be able to cater for you.
